We have proven strategies that we know work and will teach and train on, but are looking for someone with a breadth of experience and knowledge when it comes to Media buying that can strategize and implement their own recommended strategies too.
The ideal candidate will have…
Experience with different campaign types such as Messenger ads, conversion campaigns, retargeting ads.
Strong understanding of account structure: Top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel, and relevant audiences, inclusions, exclusions, and targeting for each segment.
Highly proficient at data analysis (frequency, ctr, cpm, cpl) and making sounds decisions in accordance with the data.
Can pick winning creatives (photos, videos) from client assets (folders, social accounts) that will perform well for the given objective (social engagement, lead generation, video view,etc).
Can write captivating, creative, and contextually relevant content in a variety of tones and formats (short form, long form) with the use of different styling techniques (emojis, bullets, bold, all caps, etc) to achieve a desired objective while professionally representing the brand.
In short, we are looking for a pretty comprehensive role, someone who can successfully run a clients ad account from beginning to end without the need of anyone else. Maybe just someone to give a 👍 before it’s implemented.
Some who can look through a clients assets and capture the scent of their brand and represent them accurately in the choice of creatives chosen and ad copy used. As well as confidently implement best practices with copywriting to achieve the highest results possible (typically conversions). This person is very analytical and versed in running ads and can read the data to determine the best overall account structure (campaign types, objectives, audiences, etc). And can make change recommendations and implement them without question. They are also also organized and can stay on top of their tasks and notes to ensure accounts are properly getting attended to.
This person will find value in the impact they can have in their department’s output and the effect it has in scaling our clientele to record breaking revenues. And take pride in the praise from clients and interests from other potential clients that have heard of our results.
